		CINDY LINH (Export Manager) * Master of Business Administration. * 10 year working experience in international business and garment industry. Cindy is Export Manager of Ban Mai Co., Ltd. She is in charge of Garment Export Department. She is responsible for setting up business plan, sales strategies to achieve the company’s targeted revenue including develop and maintain sales of garment orders from current Buyer, prospect for potential Buyers and turn them into new Buyers. Cindy has more than 10 years working in garment field. She knows well about production and has many experiences of working with buyers, suppliers, factories. She is a smart and creative person. 		SHARON NHUNG (Sr. Merchandiser) * Bachelor of Business Administration * 12 year working experience in garment industry Sharon is one of Senior Merchandisers of Ban Mai Co., Ltd. She follows the FOB order from development to shipment. She controls materials order and makes sure they are ready before production. Samples and delivery date on time is her tasks. With more than 12 years working in garment field, she knows well about production and has many experiences to deal with buyers, suppliers, factories. Solving problems flexibly makes her orders smooth to the end
		GRACE HIEN (Technician/QA leader) * Bachelor of Textile Technology. * 17 year working experience in garment industry Grace is Technician/QA leader of Ban Mai Co., Ltd. She is responsible for all technical jobs including inline/final inspection. With deep knowledge in garment industry, she solves technicial issues in creative way very quickly and can satisfy buyers' requirements. With her, knowledge is immense and so she is always eager to learn new things.
